How long to Dubai?

Works ship from the artist’s studio. UK works are typically 5–14 working days plus the courier. We tell you the timing before you pay.

Who packs it?

The artist or their carrier packs the work. Ask if you want extra transit cover on top of that.

How do I pay?

Pay now on the work opens a Stripe page. You pay by card. Stripe handles the card number. Signature Art does not see it or store it. The money is paid to Signature Art. Ask on WhatsApp if you would rather be invoiced.

Can I see it first?

Not in person. The works are with the artists, outside the UAE. You buy from the photographs on the page. Ask if you need another photo of a piece before you pay. There is no walk-in gallery.

Do you install?

Large pieces can be hung by arrangement in the UAE. Say the wall and the height when you enquire. Smaller works arrive ready to hang.

VAT?

The listed price is the amount payable. VAT is not added at checkout. Other countries: that country’s duty and tax sit with the buyer. See Shipping.

Can I return it?

International orders are not refundable unless the work arrives damaged. UAE damage claims need photographs within 48 hours. See Terms.
